LQ: How do I solve addition problems?
Today we are going to be solving length addition problems.
As a challenge today, you could measure two objects at home using a ruler and then add the lengths together.
E.g. Pencil = 7cm and Toy = 5cm ... 7cm + 5cm = 12cm

Today's lesson is an activity lesson. We are learning about drawing pictograms. You can use objects at home to help you, like cubes or counters. There is not a worksheet today, but you can write on paper or in your exercise book if you need to.
