Spelling

There will be new words on Spelling Shed.  Please practise on there or on one of those old fashioned things - a piece of paper! laugh

 

English

We have looked again at semi-colons this week.  Remember that they can be used instead of a conjunction to join two complete sentences.  We have also used them in a list. 

Have a go at pages 38 - 39 of your punctuation book.

 

Reading Homework

Your questions this week still focus on pg 99 - 102.  
These questions will practise your inference skills - finding clues and evidence in the text to find your answers.

Maths:

This week we would like you to do pages 18 and 19 of the arithmetic book.  This is short division with remainders and is revision.  You can aswer your remainder with a decimal or a fraction on page 19.
