We are going to begin our new unit in English today. It is a non-fiction unit, building on our previous learning around Space. For today, read through the text and begin by writing out any words you are unsure of. Can you use a dictionary (online or a book) to write out an index page with tricky words and their meanings?

Design and Technology

In our D&T lessons we have been learning about the design process to understand how a product is designed and made. Today, looking closely at useful inventions. Click here to watch a video about what inventions are.

I would like you to look at the pictures of inventions (attached below) and describe what is for and who might use it.
