Year 1
LQ: How can I measure lengths?
Today we will be learning how to use non-standard units, such as cubes, hands and straws to measure length and height.
The units you use need to be of equal size/length and they must be in line with one end of the object with no gaps between them to get an accurate measurement.
Year 2
Today we are looking at dividing by 5. Remember you can count in 5's and use your 5 times-tables to help you.
