LQ: How can I show numbers to 50?
Today we are going to be counting objects to show numbers up to 50. You could use a number track, number line or a 100 square to help when you are counting forwards and backwards.
Maths Challenges
If you would like to challenge yourself, there are some great questions below that involve using your reasoning and problem solving skills. You could answer one/two of these on paper or in your home learning exercise book. 
English
Please read the comprehension texts and answer the questions/ complete the sentences. All responses should be written in full sentences in your book.

Spell: looked, called, asked
Teach/Practise: Recap on different ways of making 'ai'.
Blend for reading: crayon play stay
Segment for spelling: tray clay say
Apply: Sort the words into the correct columns on Phonics Play. What do they notice about where each spelling is in a word? Read the Best Bet together. Children can add words to their own grids. (see below)
