LQ: How do I measure length?
Today we will continue to use a ruler to measure the length of pictures and objects.
Y2 Maths
Today we are are continuing with tally charts.
A tally chart is a great way to record data and as you are brilliant at counting in 5's now, you can easily count up your data when you have collected it.
Challenge
As it is book week this week, maybe you could create your own tally chart of
the books on your bookshelf.

Write the word to go with the picture.
Apply
Show the graphemes or, aw, oar and a(l).
Say a word and challenge children to spell it. Have they used the correct grapheme?
