Home Learning Friday 13th November

In Maths today, we are looking at using line graphs to solve problems.  Work through the teaching PowerPoint first, then have a go at answering the questions on the sheet.

In Topic, we are making our brooches.  If you have access to foil, string, card and glue, you might be able to have a go at creating one using the ideas below.

Don't worry - We will make sure we find you some time to make your design using the embossing foil in school when you are back. smiley

These were made by gluing string in patterns to card, and then covering in foil.

English:

Ask somebody to test you on last weeks spellings.  I would love to hear how you get on.

Below are the slides to practise your spellings.  Remember, they are also on Spelling Shed.  Make sure you know what the words mean and can use them in a sentence, as well as just being able to spell them!

Topic:

We are also beginning to look at Anglo-Saxon gods.  Follow the PowerPoint below and create a poster about one of the gods they worshiped.
