We had a delicious Christmas lunch today! 🎄❄️

We have really enjoyed our 'Heroes' topic this term, especially using the Supertato book to inspire our writing!

Baking ginger biscuits for the Christmas fayre!

We are so proud of all of our Foundation Stage children. What a wonderful Nativity performance! Thank you so much to our Year Six children for narrating the story so beautifully.

We really enjoyed our surprise pantomime performance of Robin Hood!

We had so much fun watching a performance of 'The Lion in the Library' by the Inspired Arts Company. It was an amazing performance with lots of chances for the children to get involved and plenty of laughs! The children were certainly inspired and enthusiastic about the idea of visiting the library themselves.

What a great first week back! We started our 'Heroes' topic with a Florence Nightingale workshop so that we could learn about a hero from the past.

Our reception children have been exploring lots of resources during their choosing time this week!

Games in P.E!

We looked at our school Bibles during R.E and talked about why it is important to Christians.

This week our reception children attended their first whole school assembly. Mr Strange and Dunk the dog told a story about forgiving your friends.

In maths we have been sorting objects into groups.

This week we started our 'Build It!' topic with a day filled with construction activities!

What a great first week in Beech class! All of the children have settled in well and they have enjoyed exploring the classroom. We've even had lots of children on the superstar already!
