Complaints Procedure
We hope you and your child will enjoy your time at Trull Church of England VA Primary School. If you have any concerns please come and talk to us and we will try our best to resolve any problems.
If there is a problem to do with your child's learning or friendships, the first person to speak to is their class teacher. You could catch them during the morning drop off or pick up after school. However if you feel you need more time or privacy ask the teacher for an appointment.
If you would prefer you can talk to Mr Bottomley (Interim Head) either at the start or end of the day or make an appointment through the school office. You could also talk to one of the school governors; you can find their names on the school website.
