Greek Day
To end our exciting and interesting half term studying the Ancient Greeks, we spent the last day acting as the Greeks would.
Everyone in Willow and Yew Class dressed up as Greeks or Greek Gods, teemed with togas, shield, swords, wreaths and lightening bolts we went to work.
Over the course of the day we cooked and tried different Greek food, we conducted our very own Olympic Games and performed an Ancient Greek tale.
The day was a great success and all the children and adults enjoyed the experience greatly. All the staff across Willow and Yew class would like to thank the parents for going to so much trouble, the costumes were superb. Here are just a few of them.
