Monday - Science 

In today's lesson, we will learn about producers and consumers and think carefully about where plants get their energy from. Click here to access the Oak Academy lesson to help you learn the scientific vocabulary and what it means. 

Tuesday - Science 

Today, we will be learning to draw a food chain and discuss the different organisms that make up food chains. You will also learn the scientific language to describe the different stages in the Oak Academy lesson (click here). 

Wednesday - Times Tables, PE & Art 

For PE, you could do a Joe Wicks (or another online) workout, some dancing or go for a walk or bike ride with your family. 

You could spend some time on TT Rockstars practising your tables or you could work on one of the Multiplication Olympics levels. 

For Art, we have an exciting competition for you! Ferne Animal Sanctuary would like you to design a sign for them to display around the santuary. You need to choose any animal that lives at Ferne, find out all about it and design an animal welfare information sign. It could include information about the animal, what it needs, how it should be looked after and the reasons it does or doesn’t make a good pet. 

The closing date is Friday 5th March. There are more details (including how to enter) in the attachments below. We would love to see your entries! 

Thursday - RE 

Today in R.E, we would like to remind you about the poster you made demonstrating your knowledge of Christianity and what was important to a Christian. In a similar style, we would like you to design a poster that includes all the things that are important to YOU!  Again, this can include objects, beliefs, wishes or anything else you would like to include. Can you draw everything that is important to you?
